Anticipating the difficulties facing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), B-Lands Consulting Team has worked out and relased a manufacturing/use cases reporting template document.
The key point is that the information to be reported with regard to Exposure Scenario (ES) and CSA/CSR generation is based primarily on your “type of activity”.
Based on your products and uses, you only need to identify which one of these two major cases you fall into:
Case 1: Manufacture, Formulation, Workers’ end-uses, or Service life by workers
Case 2: Consumer end-uses, or Service life by consumers
The manufacture/use cases reporting template is conveyed as an editable PDF document to be filled out electronically.
To ease the reporting process, we provide whenever possible pull down lists for selecting the adequate answers. Making the filling process fairly straightforward. The use of the metric system is mandatory.
Note:
The template captures only one scenario per document. Duplicate the PDF document for each additional manufacturing/use case. Upon completion, you must save and transmit the document(s).
